01 Brief
Tell us flavour direction, target format (jar, sachet, bottle), volume, packaging preferences, and timeline. WhatsApp, call, or send a brief — whichever's easiest.
02 Sample
First sample dispatched within 10 days. Two to three flavour iterations included in the project. Tasting notes documented as we refine.
03 Approve
Final formulation locked. Label artwork approved (we work with your designer or recommend ours). Allergen and dietary claims confirmed in writing.
04 Produce
Production runs in numbered small batches. Every batch sampled before dispatch. Production timeline 2–4 weeks from approved sample.
05 Deliver
Dispatched from Gordon's Bay anywhere in South Africa. Retail-ready cartons. Optional gift-box assembly for hospitality clients. Lead-time-managed re-orders thereafter.
